Steve Wallach, Chief Executive OfficerWith nearly three decades of sales and network marketing experience, CEO Steve Wallach has successfully guided Youngevity from a domestic seller to a worldwide marketer of products and services that support a healthy and empowered lifestyle. Like his father, Dr. Joel D. Wallach, Steve is passionate about ensuring the public’s access to complete and accurate health information. He is a frequent talk radio program guest and speaks eloquently about the company’s mission to empower consumers to make informed healthcare decisions. He believes passion should be the driving force behind any organization—and success cannot come without flexibility and efficiency. Having assembled a dynamic, talented and experienced management team, as well as solid infrastructure, Steve has positioned the company for steady growth and solid success. |

Michelle Wallach, Chief Operating OfficerMichelle Wallach brings more than 20 years of experience in network marketing sales and management to Youngevity. Her career began in 1991 in Portland, Oregon, where she developed a successful nutritional health products distributorship. She later moved to San Diego in order to capitalize on the growing health and nutrition industry, and expand her business. In 1996, in Chula Vista, California, the Wallach family launched Youngevity. As COO Michelle is involved in the day-to-day challenges of running a corporation, while ensuring the company fulfills its mission of improving lives through vibrant health and flourishing economics. |

Bill Thompson, CFOMr. Thompson previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Broadcast Company of the Americas, which operates three radio stations in San Diego, California. Before that, he served as Corporate Controller for Youngevity from 2011 to 2013 and for Breach Security, a developer of web application firewalls, from 2007 to 2010. Prior to 2007, Mr. Thompson as Divisional Controller for Mediaspan Group and Chief Financial Officer of Triathlon Broadcasting Company. |

Wiley Hurt, VP of Global Operations / Senior Project ManagerSince 1997, Wiley has been involved in nearly every aspect of the growth and development of Youngevity. From designing and managing construction at corporate headquarters to managing international projects, Wiley is a dynamic asset to the company. He has played an extensive role in setting up Youngevity’s first overseas Distribution Center in New Zealand/Australia and is now working closely with Latin American and Asian offices to do the same. Wiley now serves as the Vice President of Global Operations at Youngevity, committed to continuing our company’s growth and spreading Dr. Wallach’s message around the world. |

Jonnie Taylor, Senior Executive VP of Customer ServiceAs the leader of Youngevity’s Customer Service Team, Jonnie has a key role in assuring our distributors have the support they need to grow a successful independent business. She and her staff regularly advise Youngevity’s distributors, helping them set goals, stay motivated, streamline order processing and implement incentive programs. As a former distributor, Jonnie has a deep understanding of the challenges of business-building from a distributor perspective. Her invaluable insight and business-building skills have been central to the effectiveness of Youngevity’s customer relations and development. |

Sandy Horwitz, VP of Distribution/LogisticsWith a background in dancing, martial arts, Pilates and other areas of fitness, Sandy’s Youngevity career, not surprisingly, began with the goal of offering a professional fitness center as a part of the Youngevity opportunity. Sandy travelled around the country, setting up centers and training distributors. However, she was soon given the opportunity to run the distribution center and logistics. And with over 15 years of management experience, Sandy was a perfect fit. Twelve years later, Sandy remains the Distribution Manager for Youngevity, overseeing six teams of over 70 employees. In fact, she and her team are a major driving force for Youngevity, handling all distribution and logistics, both domestically and internationally, and dealing with every order received: small and large, incoming and outgoing. All in an effort to ensure Youngevity continues to grow and serve individuals around the globe. |

Alex Theis, VP of Retention & PromotionsAlex Theis comes to Youngevity with extensive experience in nearly every area of the industry. His experience includes directing large customer service teams, developing sales initiatives, international management, commissions, IT/web, compliance, events, and distributor relations. He has worked extensively with million-dollar earners, becoming an advocate for tools, communication, and training. Additionally, Alex has become a passionate spokesperson for the Distributor Force. He’s spent an extensive amount of time speaking and training in North America, Asia, and Australia, and working with distributors in those areas, as well as, Europe and Central America. He has played a pivotal role in helping companies develop growth, improve communication, and increase employee and customer retention. Alex now brings his passion for relationship building and development to Youngevity, where he will work hand-in-hand with distributors and continue to develop our solid network. |

Sean Brown, VP of SalesAs the Co-Founder of Mialisia™ Jewelry, Sean Brown possesses the progressive qualities needed to create and manage Youngevity’s special programs. Previously a bank executive at HSBC and Bank of America, two of the country’s leading financial institutions, Sean brings over 15 years of business strategies and sales experience. He has extensive experience leading large sales organizations and developing special programs and incentives for leading industries. Sean designed, built and is currently heading the Social Selling Program for Youngevity. As the company continues to grow, he will continue to develop necessary programs while helping support new acquisitions and developments. |

Aliyah Kent, Director of Digital ProductAs the Director of Digital Product at Youngevity, Aliyah brings a wealth of experience in leading the development and growth of innovative digital products and services. With over 15 years of experience in product development and project management, Aliyah has a deep understanding of the digital landscape and a passion for intuitive products. Since 2016, she has been responsible for the creation and launch of new websites, tools, and products, focusing on continuously improving the user experience. In addition to her professional experience, Aliyah is an accomplished ballerina, choreographer, and dance instructor from San Diego, California. She has performed as a dancer in numerous ballets and original works, including serving as the artistic director for several ballet productions. Aliyah is dedicated to contributing to the success of Youngevity through her creativity, leadership, passion, collaboration, and communication skills. |

Álvaro Pérez, MexicoÁlvaro has had extensive experience working in the MLM industry, where he has held strategic positions as director of administration and finance, and as deputy director of LATAM operations. He has contributed to the growth, profitability, and success of two of the main nutrition and personal care MLM companies in Mexico and has previously maintained an international presence within these. He is a graduate of the University of Guadalajara; holds his first master's degree in tax analysis from the same university and holds a second master's degree in controllership from the Universidad Panamericana. His professional focus is geared towards performing in senior management positions within companies. Álvaro and his family live in Zapopan Jalisco, where he works with the best attitude hand in hand with all the members and leaders of Youngevity. |

Joanne Sorenson, Australia/New ZealandJoanne leads our New Zealand team responsible for the procurement, warehousing and customer service functions across New Zealand and Australia. Joanne has over 20 years’ experience in Customer Service, leading front line call centers/customer service teams as well as working on the associated technical engineering platform and product management with a major telecommunications service provider. With her studies in politics and economics at University, Joanne balances a ‘hard head’ with a ‘soft heart’, having worked as a counsellor with Women’s Refuge and a community support worker with IHC (formerly known as the Society for Intellectually Handicapped Children). Joanne particularly enjoys working for Youngevity because the organization's values and commitment to providing the best health and wellness products in Australasia are so strongly aligned to her own personal values and commitment to health and wellbeing. |

Kelvin Tan, SingaporeKelvin takes on the role of leading and ensuring the smooth operation of business in Singapore. He is not new to the direct selling industry; with his years of experience, knowledge and being customer oriented, Kelvin sees to the needs of Youngevity members and strives to support them to attain greater heights. By Kelvin’s side, Singapore is in great hands and will definitely be able to achieve more for years to come. |

Dan Sekiguchi, JapanDan has had extensive experience working with some of the top MLM companies in multiple roles; such as a customer service agent, a commission specialist, an IT manager, an operation manager and also as general manager. Dan has contributed to the growth and success of several top nutritional MLM companies and understands this industry well. He graduated with a degree from Brigham Young University, Hawaii. Dan and his family live in the Tokyo area, where he will work closely with all Youngevity members and leaders. |

Sunny Chen, TaiwanSince 2003, Sunny Chen has served in the MLM industry, including management positions in customer service, market development, and operations management. For over 17 years, Sunny has served distributors and customers and established a strong distribution and sales network in Taiwan. She is committed to promoting the advantages of Youngevity products, and is keen to establishing professional and ethical practices, leading distributors, and assisting them in their pragmatic efforts to achieve a better stage of success. Taiwan is a great potential MLM market for Youngevity and with effective strategies and development plans, Sunny will help Youngevity establish its brand and expand its market share in Taiwan. |
